Grateful for . . .
Creating Gratitude art daily, is my way to maintain a positive attitude, and zone out for about ½ hour in the early morning. I do not fret about what the work looks like, but rather, do what I feel like doing. I not concerned with the final piece, or skill level, or become self-critical in the process. Focus is on the art creation reinforcing what I deem thinking about the grateful subject of the day. It is a therapeutic process for me. Below is a link to how gratitude works to improve your mental health.
